  2. Welcome to Velvette. By purchasing our products or using our services, you agree to the Terms & Policies outlined below. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

    • All candles are handcrafted, which may result in slight variations in color, scent, or texture.

    • Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary.

    • Scent strength can differ depending on room size, ventilation, and candle placement.

  4. 3. Orders & Payments

    • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

    • We accept the payment methods listed on our website/store.

    • Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

  5. 4. Shipping & Delivery

    • Shipping times vary based on location and courier services.

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

    • Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error will not be refunded or replaced.

  6. 5. No Refund / No Return Policy

    Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer:

    • Refunds

    • Returns

    • Exchanges

  7. Exceptions (If You Choose to Allow Limited Ones):

    We may offer a replacement only if:

    • The product arrives damaged, and

    • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  8. If the package is damaged during shipping, replacement eligibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

    6. Damaged or Missing Items

    To request a replacement for damaged or missing items, the customer must provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos/videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

    • A description of the issue

  9. Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

    7. Candle Safety Guidelines

    By purchasing our products, you agree to follow standard candle safety practices:

    • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

    • Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable materials, and drafts.

    • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use.

    • Do not burn a candle for more than 3–4 hours at a time.

  10. We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.

    8. Allergies & Sensitivities

    Some candles contain fragrance oils, essential oils, dyes, or natural ingredients that may cause sensitivities.

    It is the customer’s responsibility to read product descriptions before purchasing.

    We do not provide refunds for allergic reactions or scent preferences.

    9. Intellectual Property

    All product designs, images, branding, and content are the property of Velvette and may not be used without permission.

    10. Changes to Policy

    We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Policies at any time without prior notice.

    Continued use of our products or services constitutes acceptance of the updated policies.
